Does having a blood transfusion (2 pints) affect your mestruation?? |
I had a blood transfusion after internal bleeding 3wks ago. I just got my period today and it is much more uncomfortable than usual... could this be an effect of the transfusion? Not the transfusion itself, but internal bleeding has been known to cause painful menstruation. Nopes it cannot be. It might be something else. I DOUBT IT.. ARE YOU JUST CRAMPING OR DO YOU HAVE ALOT OF BLOOD CLOTS? SEE WHAT COULD BE GOING ON SIMPLY JUST BY CALLING YOUR SURGEON YEAH TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE It could, effect you, so hopefully it was coincidental.
