Blood transfusion and vaccine ...?

If a person who never have a certain vaccine (For example Hepatitis B) before receive a blood transfusion from someone who had been vaccinated (For example: Hepatitis B). Will that receiving person get the Hepatitis B vaccine from the blood?

Or does he have to get the proper injection which activates his own immune system to create the antibody?

All blood used for a transfusion is tested and retested several times. They do not want to run the risk of infecting someone with something. The process now is very thorough.

It is more probable that a person would die from a car accident then to receive an infection from a blood transfusion.

You don't get a disease when you get a vaccine. If I get a shot to prevent me from having measles, I can't pass measles onto someone else. They aren't usually injecting live viruses into your bloodstream. The blood bank checks blood before they give it to anyone. If your blood is positive for Hep or HIV, they will call you and tell you that you can never give blood again and they throw it out.
