Blood transfusion and vaccine ...?

If a person who never have a certain vaccine (For example Hepatitis B) before receive a blood transfusion from someone who had been vaccinated (For example: Hepatitis B). Will that receiving person get the Hepatitis B vaccine from the blood?

Or does he have to get the proper injection which activates his own immune system to create the antibody?

If your blood is positive for Hep or HIV, they will call you and tell you that you can never give blood again and they throw it out.
