all cigarette packets sold in britian are now printed with a government health warning.

the following chemicals are inhaled by smokers. for each one describe the health problems it causes.
1)nicotine . . . . . . . . . .
2)tar . . . . . . . . .
3)carbon monoxide . . . . . . . . . .

Nicotine is addictive and increases blood pressure with vasoconstriction.
Tar contains carcinogens - i.e. cancer-causing agents.
Carbon monoxide competes with oxygen when binding to haemoglobin in your blood, reducing the oxygen carrying capacity of blood.
