You people that think you might have sleep apena you may have.Talk to your doctor there are thing you can do .You can use the CPAP therapy system.It does help.I know I have used a CPAP system for years. It really works! I have also convinced many people to get a sleep test. If you snore, are tired a lot, fall asleep at your desk or even driving, PLEASE go and get tested!
