I am exhausted all day and awake at night?

I have been this way for 6 years (im 24). I have gotten tons of blood tests--no thyroid issues, no anemia, etc. I've had 2 sleep studies where they monitored my sleeping w/machines-I ended up sleeping w/a CPAP for 2 months , did not help.

I can't live like this; I work full time 8-5 and I literally feel like im in pain all day from trying to stay awake. My eyes shut, they hurt, my body hurts. I'm trying caffeine pills now and they don't even do much.

What can I do?!?!? What is wrong with me!?!? I hate this. I don't feel like after dinner hour.

I have a couple of suggestions

Is your nose always blocked? Or do your eyes, teeth and ears always hurt? If so, consider your sinuses and go to a Ear, nose and throat specialist. Try taking Sudafed (with pseudoephedrine) and see if you feel better. Sudafed will make you feel colder because it constricts blood vessels.

Whatever is causing your fatigue, consider taking Wellbutrin for energy. It's an antidepressant, but it is also a mild stimulant. It has really help me. I only take 150mg, which is half what most people take. I find I have trouble sleeping if I take too much.

If you really have trouble sleeping, you could take neurontin which also helps with body aches at night. 600mg

I can't imagine anyone coping like this for 6 years.
If you were started on a CPAP machine, then I'm assuming you have been diagnosed with sleep apnoea.
This sounds like a complex problem that could involve a number of issues, so go back to your doctor before you end up with clinical depression!
