I can't seem to get the energy I need to get through the day. I've tried exercising?

I've stopped late night snacking. I'm using my CPAP at night for sleep apnea. I just started a new job and was excited a couple weeks ago, but now I'm over-whelmed. I can't seem to get the energy needed and I'm lacking motivation. I'm suppose to be taking over for this other person, effective March 1st and I'm soo tired. Could my exhaustion be something else (medically) or am I just sick of winter and depressed? I already take Lexapro.

Height: 6 feet; 0 inches (183 Cm)
Weight: 220lbs (100 Kg)

According to BMI (Body Mass Index)
I'm 29.8, indicating my weight is in the overweight category for adults of my height.

I heard B12 helped...I bought some but cant take them with my thyroid meds that I have to take in the morning.The B12 has to be taken at least 12 hrs later...I take my meds at 6:30am...if I take B12 at 6:30pm......well I dont need energy then lol

I didnt know you changed jobs?!

Try caffeine or Red Bull. Are you overweight? This could be the problem.

I honestly think you are depressed and I wish you would speak with a counselor, You know I read all your post and try to answer all of them, so I know most of your situation, go talk to one. asap;;;;;
