Can it be used to block out snoring?

It's for a CPAP- for treating sleep apnea. The mask does no good without the machine and hoses.

what rjr said, but also if the snoring is caused by sleep apnea then it might help....

My dad had one of these its connected to a machine used to test your snoring and breathing don't have the exact details but he its very uncomfortable to wear
