Cpap machine , does it really help??? |
I have a cpap machine with the pressure set at14 been using it for about 6 months i have had my tonsils out but my question is i am still even after i have sleep weather it be 6 hours or ten hours of sleep i have just no energy almost every morning my wife says to me that she cant see that the machine is helping me because if i sit down after work i out like a lite theweekends come and i sleep from midnight til 4 or 5 pm the next day and once again i get up felling very sluggish and tired is it possible for machine not to work and and still allowing me to hold my breath with full face mask on i have tryed dozens of mask i was expecting to feel much better after twenty years of putting this sleep disorder off and finally having sleep study thought i was going to be fixed but i really dont feel that much better any suggestions please respond greately appreciate it. Are you over weight? If so you need to reduce weight for the machine to be really effective! Best of Luck Get the experts view on this.... |
