CPAP machine question..........? |
I have been using a CPAP machine successfully now for about five weeks, and I feel so much better ! There is a problem I need help with though. There is a lot of soreness across the bridge of my nose where the mask rests. I am talking about the bridge that is close to my eyes. Any suggestions out there ?? try putting a breathe right strip(used for snoring) either on your nose or on the part of the mask that rests on your nose as a cushion to the area If you are using a mask that do not fit properly, it can create such type of problem. You have to try different masks and choose one that fits well on your face I am glad to hear you are benefiting from the CPAP! You often need to go back to your doctor's office to have the fitting adjusted. There are different masks available and some adjustments they can make so it will fit better. There are all kinds of different types of masks. |
