Knee Injury: Crutches or No Crutches?

Ok this is how the injury happened. I was playing soccer, and i was running full speed, to try and stop the ball from going out of bounds. When i stepped on the ball, my foot rolled off of the ball, and all my weight went directly to my knee. I heard a POP , and went down. My knee, did not swell up bad at all, but it hurts if i make a sharp turn while walking. i can not fully extended it or pull it back. When i am walking, it seems at times to give out, causing me to stumble. I have an appointment with an orthopedic doctor soon. I have a brace on. Should i use crutches or continue to walk on it?

Totally Crutches Cause It Can Get Worse And Start To Give You Cancer If You Keep Walking On It. It can also cause damage to other body parts if you keep walking on it.

I have 2 bad knees. I HAVE to wear a knee brace all the time. The more it goes out on you the worse it gets. Even with surgery your knee will never be the same. Get a knee brace until surgery.
