Diabetic supply return policy? |
I bough these Onetouch Ultrasmart glucose monitoring system and test strips from walmart 2 week ago. Later we found out that my wife does not need that. (After glucose tolerence test) I went to walmart to return them and they say they don't accept return on diabetic supply. These are unopened/sealed items with receipts. What should I do to get refund? Sell them on ebay, or donate them to a charity. I would donate the meter to **Peachy's** website no questions asked. You'll be glad you did. No questions asked that is... If Walmart has a pharmacy try to get your refund from the pharmacist and not their regular Return counter. A pharmacist will be more understanding and might refund you your money; especially if the items are unopened. |
