Why is this happening?

everybody says im paranoid because i am afraid of bathtubs

like. i see stuff in my head.

- i saw my bus get in an accident
-i saw my step brother's bunk bed collapse and nick died
-a re-occuring image is a rasor blade to the eye
-someone jumping through my window and stabbing me
-someone hiding in the bathtub

so i have the radio on loud and i make sure my mom is upstairs before i get in the shower. everytime i go into the bathroom i look in the bathtub to make sure nobody is in there.

and a new one is that someone will come into my school and ask me if i believe in god (rip. caseyy) and i am a strong beliver.

-i have seen myself write a note saying why i was murdered and that i love my family and everything. before the person shoots me.

last year i kept twitching and eventualy went to the hospital to see what was wrong with me. they said i just had motor tics. what is wrong with me? why do i see things? its realy taking a toll on me. Im not like i used to be.

i dont watch scary movies. they just make things worse

its probably a premonition of something that might happen and it may not be exactly about but maybe someone close to you or someone you know
or
pieces of things that you may have read or seen in like a movie maybe an your imagination is toying around with you

see a psychiatrist.

Ur not parinod, f them!

I get scared that there is someone behind the shower curtain...
ETC ETC.

I just put it down to an over-active imagination...

sweety you might want to tell your parents, you might be...schizophranic? not to scare you or anything....myb you just have a wild imagination. Has anything happened in the past year that's cuasing you to think the morbid thoughts you're having? Check with your parents, and go to a psychiatrist to talk it out. If your thoughts are seriously affecting you, you NEED to get it checked out.

i hope this helped =]

Your just paranoid, but dont feel alone i am very very paranoid

Maybe you have some time of Obsessive Conpulsive Disorder

The best thing to do is, pray to God. No other solution is possible

you are paranoid. Ask your self, Why would anyone hide in your bath tube if they are gonna kill you. no one randomly hides in your bathroom to kill you.

Everyone gets random scary thoughts.
No one will jump in your window and stab you, why would they?

Please, relax and stop convincing your self of these things.
the mind can play random tricks on you, so relax.

wow
im so sorry
this is rlly sad

you must be rlly scared and worried
i'm thinking you might have an over active imagination
or do you watch a lot of scary movies?

just remind yourself that you are safe in your own house with family that will protect you

you should write in a diary or tell someone (like a family member, or pshyciatrist) about what you're seeing and feeling
getting it in a diary will get it off your chest
and a grown up can help decipher what you're thinking

i hope things work out for you
everyone has strange fears now and then, but you shouldnt let it take over your life!

best of luck
<3

stop watching horror movies!! but you should see a cognitive therapist bout your fears!! this is a special kind of therapist that works on irrational fears and i swear by the methods of cognitive thinking

I think you may have OCD Obsessive Compulsives Disorder

I would find a therapist to diagnose why this is happening. Sounds like some severe type of paranoia possibly?

man how old r u? Seen too much scary movie ? i would recomend u to watch comedy and romantic movie for now, until u calm down
Dude- use ur logic man, if the bus get in the accident, the bus is bigger...Ur brother won't die from the bed collapse...maybe injur badly, but u could help him when u hear the bang...why would some one stab u ? Why would some one hide in a bathtub but not under the bed, bathroom is smelly.

u really have strong imagination, like me, but u use it wrong. I usually use it for math ( draw a picture in my head), imagine christmas ...humming christmas song...drawing....
personally i like ur kind of people, can u add me in yahoo messenger if u want , mask679@yahoo.com. TY

Post pardom depression having to do with water is my guess. If the bathtub is the only place you have these hallucinations

Aww hen, that's terrible, specially to do with a bathtub, as it's really something you can't avoid.
I don't think there's anything wrong with you, you're just letting your imagination run wild.
I used to be scared of toilets, but that's because I found the elderly lady my Mum was looking after when I was 3, passed away on the toilet floor. But, in time I got over it, as we do with these kind of things. Don't get me wrong, there's times I won't go to a public toilet if the door's shut, will only use a cubicle with an open door, as I'm too scared to open the door, but again, it happens less and less as time goes on.
Why don't you try making bath times a bit more fun. Instead of the get in, wash and out, why don't you fill up with bubbles, and give yourself a face mask, get some nice massage oils, so while you're pampering yourself, it takes your mind off these horrible visions.
It's worth a try anyway, good luck, and when you start imagining these things, think of the best day out you've had, and vision that instead. x

Could just be a really over-active imagination but to be on the side, I would talk to my doctor and see if he could set me up with a therapist. Many people get therapy and it is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a shame to need it and not get it. Go.

Try writing fantasy stories. Use all your spare time to put stories on paper. Maybe you could yourself not to look in the bathtub a couple of times, then you might feel better when nothing happens. Remind yourself it's not real. Maybe try to tell yourself "Yeah, yeah, I've seen it all before." If you don't think this will help, don't do it. I'm no expert, just giving suggestions to try and help. :} Do try and get help though. If you can't throw it off yourself, talk to a psychologist. This is not suggesting that you are crazy. You are not, you might need help though, so get it.

then dont take a bath
