What is your worst sports/training related injury? |
I was just curious what was your worst injury you have ever received that did NOT require an operation OR an extended hospital stay. Nena ... what happened when you fell off your horse? did you land on your tail bone and couldn't sit down for 2 or 3 weeks? mine required surgery, so i'll tell you my daughters... Thank you whoever was the tie breaking vote. I hate leaving questions open. Report It I tore my meniscus playing in the state championship game of football my sophomore year of high school I ripped the cartilage out of my left knee playing football. riding a horse. rammed my knee into the boards playing ringette, and i couldn't walk properly for a long time, and had to go to physio for even longer. the girl who pushed me would be writing here too, if i could'v gotten my hands on her I was playing lacrosse with my brothers after both their practices and they are like big puppies (they think they're still 4 feet tall when really they're 6 2 and 180 and sometimes play with me too roughly) and they were in full gear and slammed against my shoulder so hard that I had to get surgery on my rotator cuff (sp?) OK guys i can beat all of y'all but mine required surgery. well i have 2. fell from a high bar in a gymnastics competition (about 10 feet) on to my right arm. i had a double dislocation of my elbow and i broke my elbow, ripping the main ligament that's on the top of your for-arm that runs from your wrist to your elbow, also ruining part of my rotator cuff, resulting in having a screw put in my elbow, all at age 11. mine was hurting my wrist using the remote control during a Twilight Zone marathon playing tennis got the balls full force in the nuts |
