32 years brother is suffering Schizophrenia & need address of Mental health care center in Kolkata, WB, India?

My 32 years un-married brother is suffering Schizophrenia (local Dr. say that) for last 18 years. At beginning he suffer for 15-30 days in 6month (some time 1 year), now a day it is happening frequently. Could not complete School due to sickness, went to Madrasa for religion education not finish. Doctor usually give him Largactil, Parkinil and some slipping Pills type medicine as he was too much talkative and was running around all day and night. Now a day it seems to us that the medicine is not working much. He needs admitted to hospital, we don鈥檛 have not much money to get treatment from privet hospital and the govt. one doesn鈥檛 have much bed/space to get admitted. I also do believe that the doctors from the beginning treating him in only way (we met 2 doctor in last 18 years), that is medication, is there any otherwise? Also need to know any Mental health care center in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, were we can take him for better treatment.
