My brother has this illness?

his right testicle getting bigger. This was happened two years ago. At that time, he stayed in the hospital. Doctor said he had to have bed rest. After 10 days, he came back home. The testicle is not as big as before but still not back to normal size. He stopped the antibiotic from the doctor and tried to consume chinese medicine. But because the Chinese medicine was not cheap, he stopped after a month. His right testicle is still big until now so he and his wife afraid to try to concieve. Does anyone know the cure of this illness? The doctor said there's no life danger but we, the family, are afraid if something will happen to him. Anyone can help??

This is orchiditis, and it needs proper medical treatment. He should not have stopped drug therapy without his doctor's approval.

That is a hernia pure and simple. have a dr check him for a hernia. someone i know had the same problem and that is what it was.
