How can i sleep?

wot can help me get 2 sleep and not have nightmares? i have been having suicidal dreams 4 bout 3 months now and they have got worse and worse now i try not 2 go 2 sleep and have got my sel down 2 1-2hours sleep a day and up all night . is it true that if u die in ur dreams u die in real life. wen i wake up from these dreams they always end with me unconcious or in a coma in a hospital bed . what can stop these dreams so i can go bk 2 enjoying sleep and not be scared of it?

You need to seek help through your Doctor or a couselor. You also need to tell your parents about the suicidal stuff (i have read many of your other questions).
I take a mild sleeping pill along with my anti depressant meds and anxiety meds. I still have some nightmares but not as bad.
Judging from the other questions you have asked, you really need to do something as far as getting help is concerned.
And, no, if you die in a dream you will not really die....:D You will wake up. :D

No you can't die because of your dreams. That's jsut silly so relax.

I would suggest some counseling with people more familiar with these dreams. You are definately not the only person having them so there are answers out there as to why they happen. Probably something simple that just needs figuring out.

Call a suicide hotline and see what they have to say. I'm sure they can direct your call. That's what they are there for so use them.

I have nightmares. I am on a drug called PRAZOSIN. It's worked MIRACLES for me - I had night terrors of feeling desperately suicidal when I woke up. Speak to a doctor about prazosin, believe me it is WELL worth a shot.

I have nightmares a lot too. My doctor said it is because of the anxiety we feel. Try meditation and even yoga. That can help put your soul at peace. My dreams were of me being attacked and killed or just ramdom images flashing non stop through my head.
