How To Remove Wound Mark On Head?Any Tips?

When i was a kid i fell down the hospital bed then they took a look at it and said that it was bleeding then they said that they will let it be stiched or something like that.

Today my fellow classmates are always touching my head and i asked "Why are you always touching my head?" they said there is a wound mark at the back of my head, so i went to the mirror and i was holding a small mirror to see the back of my head and i see my wound mark when i was i kid, i keep holding it so nobody notices.

Any tips to remove this and let the hair grow back?

Nothing is going to remove it, but if it is red or purple over time it will probably fade a little. You could try vitamine E or mederma to help with this. The hair follicles were probably damaged by the scar tissue so you probably won't grow hair back on the scar. Wear that scar with pride it makes you unique. I have one on my forehead and my chin from 2 different accidents and I catch people looking at them. I tell they are battle scars...and I won!
