Many,
According for the purpose it serves,we have

Occupied bed-when made with the patient lying on the bed.Common in the intensive care settings.
Open bed or unoccupied bed- made to receive an admission.
Post-operative bed or recovery bed- made to receive and nurse a patient after a surgery.
Fracture bed- for nursing ortho patients. It has lots of slings and screws attached.
Neonatal bed- to nurse newborns and infants.
Spinal bed- to nurse a patient with spinal cord injury. It has a firm surface with minimal or no cushion effect.
Isolation bed- although no special feature in it, it is basically assigned to nurse patients ,those are to be isolated in an isolation bay and requires standard precautions.
