Need to know the standard specifications of hospitals clothing (doctors & nurses dress - bed sheets - paitents

need to know the fabric type (cotton 100% - poly / cotton) and the recomended colors

There are no standard specifications for hospital clothing and/or bedding.

I worked in a hospital for five years and clothing wasn't restricted to fiber type or color. SCRUBS has a go-zillion different type of colors and patterns for their uniforms.

Bedding is going to be whatever weathers well, looks decent and launders well. Again, there are no standards.
