any surgical supply store or
you can get them by inquring through your medical insurance as they sometimes cover part or all of the cost
if you have a MD prescription for it
if you can't afford new you can rent or look in the classifieds for a used bed

if in the UK , you need to go to Local social services!

You can call any medical supply and they will rent you a bed or sell you one of the hospital beds.
