Contact the churches and those that work in world evangelism. I believe that healthcare and much of what people think the government ought to take care of, the church should step in and handle. It sounds like a great mission statement and churches / hospitals should be willing to make a contribution. Look up Yugo Ministries & Operation Mobilization. I teamed up with these two last year in Mexico. They are massive.

Hire Mexican doctors. They'll work for very little.

i suggest you spend much more on research into psychiatry, it's a very mysterious field. Africa also needs to deal with Sickle Cell anemia and Polio.
