I Need To Lose Atleast 30 LBS. Any Ideas? |
I am turning 17 in June, I am approx. 140-145 lbs and I am 5'3-5'4, I am trying to lose atleast 30 pounds, as I should weigh around 120lbs. I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it. Start walking, jogging, swimimg, biking etc. to burn calories then check into buying some exercise tubes or bands and stability balls. These are relatively inexpensive. These will help with toning and sculpting your muscles. Go on-line or check out some books from the library on strength/resistance training. Check this out... when you see candy, tell yourself how much better a tasty apple or a banana would taste instead. also try doing sit ups or pushups or stuff like that inside. sorry i know this is sort of pathetic advice but o well |
