Mobile screening tests vs. hospital done tests?

I just signed up for one of those deals you receive in the mail for a set of 4 vascular type tests for $139. I guess they are done in some kind of equipment brought in mobilely. They will be done at a local church. Are these tests good quality or at least good enough to alert you if you do have a problem such as carotid artery clogging, peripheral vascular disease.

All the equipment used mobilely are certified by the FDA & equivalent to hospital tests.
