My wife got out of the hospital today and needs some medical equipment. Where can a look for second hand? |
She has difficulty walking without a walker. I want to buy her a small electric wheel chair or get about. Does anybody have a web site that list items like that? A new 4 wheel electric cart starts about $2,800. Are there cheaper carts available? try to rent it from a medical supple store look them up the yellow pages ebay www.craigslist.com ebay depends on where u live drive around town Does your wife qualify for medicaid/medicare? Is she disabled? If so, she may be able to find assistance with purchasing one. Medicare will pay for one of these if prescribed by her physician. If she's not on Medicare, I did find some of the Hoveround chairs on Ebay: most medical equipment stores carry used items.you have to ask. check the yellow pages |
