My dog has been constipated for 2 days cannot eat or drink water,we are giving him water with syringe?

we took him to the vet around 1 month ago i had him hospitalized for 3 days ,they had him on iv,antibiotics and stool softner,also enemas, tthey gave him xrays and said he had a bone obstruction not allowing him to urinate,they did no surgery to remove the bone but charged us 2,500 dollars, we brought him home he has really never been the same since then now hes like that again we want to take him to vet but we have no money, we feel vetanarian did not treat our dog right and should of did surgery to remove bone,can anyone suggest what to do ,,,,,thank you

u have to decide what is more important, your family and financial issues or your dog.

Take him to another vet IMMEDIATELY. In emergencies many veterinary hospitals can set up payment plans. I do not recommend taking him back to the original vet. But don't wait. Your question is confusing, you talk about constipation, but then talk about urination. If his urethra is obstructed he could die within hours.
