You have to keep in mind that natural way it doesn't mean right away but gradual way. I would start with body, liver, lymphatic system, blood and colon cleanse for one month. For liver take LiverCare very effective scientifically proved herbal formula. Lymphatic system with burdock, red root, mullein leaf either asingle herb or in combination.
