Kidney infection?

I developed a kidney infection 3 weeks ago...they put me on levaquin 500mg for 10 days plus IV antibiotics at the ER. Just went back to Doctor because I'm still in pain and sure enough I still have red and white blood cells in my urine..I have had an ultrasound and cat scan...everything comes back normal except the urine and I'm in PAIN!!! I see a urologist on Monday...yes I drink lots and lots of water and I'm only 24...anybody else have this problem???

also my doc said no more antibiotics because he thinks something else is going on....

Has a bacterium been isolated from your urine or your blood? If so, did it disappear from subsequent samples after therapy? Did you have fever, and if so, did it respond to the antibiotic therapy? Is it going up again now that you are off the antibiotics? If it is, I would go straight back to the ER.
