Can some one give me some advice please...? |
I have a lump under my arm in my armpit and sometimes it swells up and gets really sore i have had this for somewhere around a year now iv been to the doctors on multiple occasions about it and i have been sent away or sent away with some antibiotics which do take the inflamation goes down but now it gets real sore and does any body know what else i could do? it gets me down :( glands honey, they swell up when you get ill, or 'that time of the month' etc. happens to me alot & it bloody well hurts. have you gotten a brest exam?? Is it a sebaceous cyst? See a dermatologist. They are much more likely to spend the time explaining what's going on to you and will probably know how to take care of it better then a GP. I had that too, but it went away with the anti-biotics. Doctor didn't seem too worried about it. But if it's keeps coming back, I would see a doctor again & say it's not going away. don't use deodorant's anymore they are probably causing the infections try using talcum powder for a while instead Swollen nymph nodes are usually caused by viral or bacterial infection in the body. If you finished all the antibiotics and the swelling continues to come back, get a second opinion from another doctor. Ask for the lymph node to be biopsied to find out the cause (it could also be allergies, athritis, cancer, metabolic didease etc.). Please make an appointment soon. i had same problem until i found an apple under there, unbelievably it was from my school day twenty years ago i had left it there for safe keeping and must have forget about crazy huh This can lead to septicaemia so you better go back to your doctors for more antibiotics! |
