Problems with picc line insertion?

Outpaitent for IV therapy for cellulitis. Picc line was put in Nov 22. Tech first tried left arm & had a hard time getting the guide in arm. Finally got it in & hit a nerve on the way to the shoulder which made that arm completely curl up. Then could not get the cathetar to go past his shoulder - something was blocking it but he did not know what from looking at ultrasound monitor. He took it out & tried again in the right arm. Couldn't get the guide to go in again & just cut arm open with a scalpel this time to get it in. Finally got guide in then & got stuck at the shoulder again. This time instead of stopping like he was supposed to have done, he literally just kept shoving it through until it went past the shoulder. This caused massive pain, rose up off table twice. Finally got it in,took xray. That night started having spasms/tremors ONLY when laying on left side & ONLY in right arm & right leg. Still having up to now. Dr. & hosp basically ignoring problem. WHY????? HELP!!

because they are idiots I would seriously DEMAND that you have A GOOOD dr who knows what he/shes doing insurt the pic line. and who screwed it 4 u, i threaten to sue them.
