What are the side effects of IV iron transfusion therapy to treat iron & B-12 deficient anemia?

I go for IV iron and B-12 shot tomorrow for the next 5 to 10 weeks, and am in unchartered territory here!

generally vitamin B complex is water soluble and have no toxicity as I know
