Really weird smell in Urine???

Okay when i go to the bathroom my urine has had some weird smells lately sometimes it is really sweet smelling.
It is a very strong fruity scent and sometimes i have blood in my urine. Sometimes it smells like pure ammonia but the scent is never the same but it mostly stays sweet smelling.
They did a cath to test my urine and comfirmed i do have blood in it but they have no idea why and i had some tests ran by a kidney doctor & even a Intravenous Pyelogram (IVP) test & he told me everything came back normal.
I did have a glucose tolerence test & my test all came back normal although i did have low blood sugar in the first 2 readings the doctor told me that i don't have diabetes. What else could cause these symptoms? I don't eat very much sweets or sugars & i don't drink any alcohol or beer.
The only thing the doctor told me so far is my White blood count was 22.8 & my blood work shows that i have infection/inflamation but they haven't done anything for me yet.

My mom is a nutritionist i probably eat a healthier diet than anybody i know. lol. So i don't think it is my diet.

It's hard to know the answer to this. It looks like they already ruled out the more obvious possibilities. Make sure your doctor keeps working on this. For one thing, that wbc count is quite a bit higher than you see with a garden variety infection. That should really be followed up on.
I hope that you are feeling better soon and that it all works out well for you. Good luck!

go to the gynecologist.

Just relax yourself and eat more healthy food . Don't worry so much .

ketones?

You said you have blood in urine (haematuria), and the blood work has confirmed infection, therefore, please ask your doctors to prescribe you an antibiotic soon. Request them to begin your treatment at the earliest.

In the meanwhile, start taking cranberry juice. The bacteria will stop clinging to your internal organs. Cranberry juice is available in different forms; if you find it sour try lemon-cranberry juice by Bolthouse available at Albertsons. Continuously take water and don't stop yourself from urinating.
