Anyone know where to submit idea for lifesaving medical device? Pick a big name healthcare product manufacturer. Google one up ! Contact them via phone to find out if they are interested. Then make sure you get a patent for your product or if you don't know how to make it...get a lawyer to help you with the transaction or else some jo smo that works for the company may steal your idea and you won't be able to prove it. Then rake in the big bucks ! I would start at the hospital or a medical research group. Get a copyright first and then try local hospitals and doctors, to see if it is really useful. email me the plans and send me the working prototype. i will get it out there for you and make sure you get all the money. Honest. The first thing you must do is have an actual working prototype. Then contact a patent attorney (not a copy write attorney) and see about getting your product patented. your attorney will advise you from there. Don't send anything to that guy Richard, or anyone else. If you don't know how to find a patent attorney in your area, check for a legal referral organization and, if all else fails, contact the Patent and Legal Placement Agency in Carlsbad, CA. They can tell you what's in your area. Good luck. I truly hope this works out for you and is beneficial to the users. You might try Davidson inventegration. they will take your idea, research for anything else on the market similar or the same... develop the prototype... present the product to manufacturers, patent searches and patents... really do a lot for the inventor... www.davidson54.com |
