Is there a medical device that collects nasal drip when you have a cold?


I dont want to gross anybody out but I saw a girl with a device on her head it went to her nose. Is this something you can buy?

Eeee gads I have never seen such a device.. Just give me a hankie thank you..I wouldnt wear such a thing.
