Anyone know if the Alternative medical device known as the RIFE machine actually works or possibly harmful?

My wife wants to use it to fight cancer and I'm concerned it may harm my three year old son if he is near her when she is using it? And has anyone had any info. good or bad on this device?

On the contrary to the previous poster...material such as this is my specialty. The Rife machine is legit depending on what model or manufacturer you got it from. There was a company in the late 80s to early 90s called LER that made what they named the REM SuperPro Generator. Though I can't vouch for any of the newer models, I can say that Rife's technology was right on if you can find an original model.
YES it shattered cancer cells, YES he was heralded as having found the cure for all diseases, YES he had 100% success rate on the patients in the Pasadena county hospital. As far as RF frequencys? A Rife machine does no such thing, it uses scalar waves. A properly built Rife frequency generator cannot hurt, except for a brief healing crisis, followed by an incredible feeling of health and well-being taken from years of testimonials. A good amount of reading on Rife's story can be found at www.rense.com

For those with medical training, you try not to 'shatter' cancer cells. This generally results in cancer spreading and death. In addition, there is no such thing as 'scalar' waves. I could go on, but I get the sense you are more interested in taking money from dying people. quack quack... Report It

Sib, did you really look up "scalar wave" I mean honestly now? Would you like to make a confession to lying? You left yourself WIDE OPEN to insults of all kind.
Suffice to say, you just discredited yourself--completely. As for "those with medical training"? Let me guess, you dont have that either Report It

No, I am afraid this machine is a fraud. It does not generate radio frequency energy at enough power to harm your son. It also does not produce any RF energy that harms cancer cells.
