When travelling by auto, where can one purchase medical oxygen supply/refills? |
When travelling to Arizona, Phoenix area, where can on obtain refills for their portable medical oxygen tanks? Every city of reasonable size (say above 25,000 people) should have a medical supply store which carries oxygen. Unfortunately, you will need a physician's 'order'. You may wish to carry such an order when you travel, or the medical supply store should be able to call / fax your Dr the necessary forms - so long as you do not run on after 5 PM or on weekends. 'On demand' (oxygen only when you breath) oxygen sensors conserve oxygen so the tank lasts longer. Go to your local medical supply store. have then look that info up for you in Phoniex |
