Medicines for nervous?


Are there any medicines/ tablets available, Over The Counter (not prescrition), that are good to releave nervous feelings.... ive got a big day coming up!

you like tea right? well in the morning or afternoon when you make your tea put some mint in it. i don't know if it would be good in earl grey, but you could try someithing different. i know it sounds weird but its always helped me so...why not right?

I use a B complex vitamin for stress, it helps reduce the anxiety feeling... I also use cedar and lavendar essential oils to do the same. Good luck!
