Medicines for nervous? |
Are there any medicines/ tablets available, Over The Counter (not prescrition), that are good to releave nervous feelings.... ive got a big day coming up! Also, sorry, they need to be available in the UK. thanks Some of the most popular natural products for stress and nervousness are GABA, L-Theanine, St. John's Wort, Rhodiola Rosea, 5-HTP, L-Tryptophan, and some of the B Vitamins. yes! i know quite a few people who rely on "rescue remedy". i think they're some kind of drops. but people who use them say they work! good luck on your day! Have you had a go of Acupuncture ?. you like tea right? well in the morning or afternoon when you make your tea put some mint in it. i don't know if it would be good in earl grey, but you could try someithing different. i know it sounds weird but its always helped me so...why not right? Meditation and biofeedback will help you the most in long run...and some techniques can work suprisingly quick too! I use a B complex vitamin for stress, it helps reduce the anxiety feeling... I also use cedar and lavendar essential oils to do the same. Good luck! |
