is there any proven facts that natural medicines work ?? my mom is a big fan of them but i think maybe we are wasting our money. Is there any helpful links that i can read about natural cure's and this natural medicine. like herba Life is a name i see every where. What can you tell me about these Natural medicines ???

"Boosting your immune system" is just a term used by products to help sell the item. They don't show any proof of it because they don't have to due to FDA loopholes.

God's medicine is always better than man made crap.
Studies have shown that St. John's Wart for example is just as effective or better than man made.
There are few if any side effects from natural herbs and foods.
Watch any commercial about the drugs and they tell you if bleeding results, or head aches, or diarria or stomach cramps on and on ocure then stop taking.
Drug company's make Billions and they don't want to cure you . If they didn't have sick people to buy their crap then they would be out of business.
Immune builders, well Think Anti Oxidants;Green leafy vegetables. Vitamin C and E supplements or citrus fruits.

Yes, natural medicines and supplements work, and there are millions of people all over the world that can attest to that from personal experience.
