Has anyone used Pharma Kava to reduces stress and anxity? if so how much were you using?

Suggested use is 30- 40 drops 2-4 times a day. not much effect at that rate ive seen other liquid extracts that say to use 2 drooperfuls now foods for example. Just dont want to over do it.... yes i know of the liver harm from it. And thats why i dont want to abuse this herb

I've never used that brand, but the 30-40 drops sounds like the right dose for a standard tincture of kava. The other brands might not be standard tincture; they might have a lesser amount of plant in them.

That dosage always works for me. I'd say either give it a little more time, or it might just not be the right herb for you.
