Why do people assume that AIDS is caused by HIV, or that AIDS has to be treated with drugs from Big Pharma?

Some eminent scientists in Africa are doing important research about AIDS, but agents of Big Pharma are trying to silence them. Why do we let this happen?

There has never been a single case of AIDS where the person didn't have HIV. If I were HIV positive I would be taking the cocktail at any cost. People are now living long and fairly normal lives with HIV. It's because of the cocktail. Back in the 80's people were dropping like flies.

The last study I saw out of Africa said that if adult men without HIV get circumcized their chances of getting the disease drops significantly. (I am not agreeing or disagreeing with this study.) I don't see how pharmaceutical co. can benefit from studies like that. Are you obtaining your information from a variety of reliable sources?

because Big Pharma has ALL the MONEY.. and in the end MONEY wins over everything. If it wasn't for Big Pharma we'd have affordable healthcare and cures for hundreds of diseases

Please cite the African research that counters the research in the U.S. that has prolonged the lives of those with HIV/AIDS.
