Could I fill my prescription for Nexium with an oversea pharmacy? Are there any safe or legal pharmacies?

My health insurance doesn't cover nexium, and I've tried zantac and the others but they don't work as well... Some of the pharmacies in India are selling boxes of nexium for $30. That's cheap! Is it worth it? Or will I get hauled off to jail?
