Crashed scooter and feeling it everywhere?

So I crashed my scooter yesterday and took a dive into the pavement scraping my hands and chin and killing my knee, I am still limping but for some reason my whole body aches, like everything. It feels like I had an whole body workout. Why would that happen? why is my whole body feeling achy?

Because you used every muscle to "shield" yourself at time of the impact,...,. Your body has many muscles and some you would never know you had.... each was stressed when you munched on the scooter,,, Give it time and it will heal.. Just take it easy,

first if you fell bad go to the hospitol for a check up and use antibiotics on the scraps and rest!

your body has been through a lot of trauma,,give it time to heal

When you crashed all your muscles tensed up on impact. Take a warm to hot shower to help the ache. Can you take ibuprophen (advil)? That will help the aches. Keep all the scrapes clean and put on something like neosporin on the scrapes.
