Do I need a lawyer ? I was in an accident , I was on a motorized scooter , in a crosswalk , with the walk? |
light on giving me the right of way , and a car making a right on red proceedes to run me over , damageing the scooter and my left ankle , I have to go see a surgen and have a bone chip removed , the paremedic who treated me ar rhe scene said that this was the first time he has ever seen an accident involving a scooter, and to beat all , the scooter is not mine , mine is in for repairs and this is a loaner, I am responsible for the damages to the scooter ,. do I need a lawyer , I have no money it would not hurt to get some free legal counsel from a lawyer there are lawyers who will give a free consultation and then you can decide from there. good luck! probably... I(f u r in USA then u need one well if you look for a lawyer usually he will counsel for free..and if he thinks you have a case then he will go to court... but out of your gains he may pay himself his 25 % So I dont know where you are from but that is the way i would go ..i would find one from Houston Texas .. |
