Im looking for a stethoscope. Which one do you recommend?

I have looked at two of them, The clear one such as the Clear Sound Stethoscope and some Littmann. Which ones do you think are the most accurate and easy to work with?

Littman Lightweights

I used four pediatric Litmann's over a 36 year career. Two I lost, one wore out. They're light, easy to carry around and transport, and very good acoustically. The earpieces are comfortable, a very important issue.
