How can I loose weight as a disabled, wheelchair user.?


I am female, late fifties, eat very little. Due to MS I am unable to walk, just sit in a chair or wheelchair. I drink several cups of tea a day with a little sugar and milk. My meals are very small, like a child's meal. I am not on a lot of medication. I take more food supplements and I drink a lot of water several times a day.
I am happy and not depressed at all. I am tired and can fall a sleelp during the daytime. In general I sleep well durign the night. What else can I do?
